High Voltage Farms Inc. is a startup solar company founded by Robert Peters: President, the founder of Efficient Energy Concepts Solar, a division of Efficient Energy HVAC and General Building founded in 1992. Managing the daily operations in the home office doing estimates and material procurement for the last forty eight years and has worked with local city, county and state agencies. Rob is a third generation developer and has been a board member for the local Valley Contractors Exchange

Jason has spent eighteen years with the Operating Engineers Local #3 and comes from a heavy equipment background with CC Myers and MCM Construction. Jason heads up the site building crew including underground crews, Jason also works in the home office assisting with estimating and project scheduling and was award the Volunteer Fire Fighter of the Year with Butte County Fire after his leadership role during the Carr, Mendo and Camp fires in Northern California.

Daniel has fifteen years of experience supervising projects. He was in charge of crews for the EEC general building, HVAC, and solar business while overseeing all sub contractors for the projects. He has completed projects for local, state, and federal entities. While supervising these projects he has worked closely with state and county inspectors. Daniel was also a journey man electrician before he started to oversee the projects. He also assists in the estimating and scheduling in the main office.

After attending CSUC as an accounting Major Stephen spent several years managing one of the largest Agricultural shops in Chico and worked as an auditor for Pargas covering California, Nevada, and Washington State.

Josh is a Chico native who did his tour in the US Army rising to the rank of Sergeant earning the Combat Infantry Badge before moving back to Chico to earn his B.A. in the Social Sciences with a minor in Criminal Justice. Josh works full time for the Chico Unified School District while working part time keeping our tech side up and running.
